Furnnook is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! 

Special Note: Handmade products and personalized products cannot be returned without quality issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The merchandise should be received in the original, resalable condition. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used merchandise or opened packages or partial cases or disposable products; nor can we accept returns of items intended for single patient use, or other products that may pose a health risk to others. Due to our safety standards, we will also not accept returns for any flu supplies. Contact Us for return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping any return (see instructions below).


How to Return an Item

 

Submit a return request using the Contact Us form or email us at Support@Furnnook.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item. We will provide you with return instructions, including the proper return address. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. 

 

Please carefully pack returned items in their original packaging, including all documentation. Furnnook.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that delivery confirmation must be requested at the post office for items sent by US mail. Since we cannot issue credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that all returns be sent using a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured.
